Tarbaca Indigo Foundation supports Biovision’s project aiming to strengthen the resilience of smallholder farmers in Malawi through the application of agroecological methods. Smallholders gain access to knowledge through a research and training center and form a farmers' network in which farmers act as both, researchers and experts: they experiment with different farming methods and share their findings in farmer groups. Moreover, gender roles are a major focus: women are empowered through agriculture and experimentation, while men are involved in cooking classes.
